for some months now i have significantly reduce the size of my bread intake, so am making some progress towards limiting my consumption of bread. my goal is on all glutin containing foods, am not good at keeping on to a diet plan, and the day i finally complete one it will be a memorable day. sometime ago i wanted to go on water therapy, like taking only water daily for some number of days. but i cannot see that happening anytime soon. as always am focus on making healthy food choices.
